AN EVENING OF ROMANTIC MUSIC

Harrisburg Opera Association presented AN EVENING OF ROMANTIC MUSIC at The Whitaker Center for Science and The Arts. This fund raiser contributed toward positioning HOA to offer fully staged productions with full production values for the 2005-2006 season. The concert featured Metropolitan Opera artists Ellen Rabiner and Adam Klein. Howard Klein, former New York Times Music Critic, Director for Arts of The Rockefeller Foundation and Juilliard alumnus was the Music Director and Pianist for the evening. Arias, duets, trios and quartets were featured from Falstaff, Il Trovatore, Madama Butterfly, Otello and Rigoletto and served as sonic previews for future productions at HOA.
